The Business Development Manager (BDM) shall have the following responsibility within
Direct Response Ltd

Hitting their personal and team BDM targets.

The BDM is responsible for the development of their base and the retention of it
according to Direct Response’s targets.
The Business Development Manager will liaise with the Sales Manager, Telesales Manager,
account development and retention executives, and the installations and programming
executives.
The Business Development Manager will assist the management team with structured,
constructive and proactive feedback of the QA of the supply chain management relating
to customer sales and marketing issues and products.
The overall role may require working over and above office hours, and tasks over
and above the Business Development Manager’s primary and secondary responsibilities.

Passing all ongoing company accreditation tests.

Meeting sales team QA requirements.

BDM team fun, motivation.

Abiding by the BDM Team Charter.

Abiding by the Sales Managers Rules of Engagement.

Keeping a clean working environment and ensuring fellow employees health and safety.

Ability to share and communicate information and strategic ideas with fellow department
managers and the board in a clear and timely manner.

Hitting monthly and annual BDM targets within budget.
-
Ensuring BDM targets are achieved within installation, account management, and company
margin budgets and SLAs.

Meeting standards set out in the quarterly review adopting the Direct Response 360-appraisal
system.
The Business Development Manager will directly report into the Sales Manager.
Pay is directly linked to the performance of the key primary and secondary job responsibilities.
