SKY formally recognises Direct Response as its preferred call centre partner for its advertising customers.

Sky is a major force in the UK’s TV advertising. The challenge that SKY had was three fold:

  • Ads run when companies offices were closed and 8 out of 10 people hang up when they get an recorded message requesting their details
