He returned to England in 1993 as the Operations Director and Co-founder of Message
Plus. In 2000, Chris joined Names.co pre IPO as the Chief Operating Director. Chris
prepared the company for floatation and then engineered his exit to found Direct
Response.
He has a BSc in Engineering and an MBA in International Business.

IAN MITCHELL Sales & Marketing Director
Ian has worked as a consultant for The Overseas Development Administration and The
Body Shop and went on to set up the inbound voice service for Alternative Networks.
Under Ian's sales management company sales increased from 6 million pounds to 17
million pounds over a 2 year period and was the 17th fastest growing company in
the UK.
Ian has a degree in Human Geography and an MSc from the University of Bristol.
JAMES MUNRO Service Excellence Director
James began his career at Alternative Networks where he quickly progressed to manage
the southern account management team. Under James's management Alternative Networks
enjoyed a customer retention rate of 99.4%, one of the highest in the telecommunications
market.
James has a BA (Hons) in Russian and Business Studies from Nottingham University.
ADAM TILSON Head of Corporate Sales
On leaving university, Adam worked in the financial sector, managing and technically
supporting large accounts. He developed his sales skills with Adjustamatic beds
where he rapidly became one of the top sales people. Adam is now sales manager of
Direct Response Ltd.
