Co-browsing is quite simply when two people can look at the same screen but on different
computers potentially across the other side of the world.
Co-browsing is incredibly powerful
as it has all of the advantages of filling in a form, asking questions, or trying
to find a document as if the person was in a face to face meeting.
The user is then able to request co-browsing by simply clicking a button on the
Web page.
